Age Limit and Legal Eligibility

• The nbjaee platform is only for individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) or older. Registration by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• Government-issued identification (NID, passport, or driving licence) may be requested from each user for age verification.
• Providing a false age or identity will result in permanent account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

One Account Policy

• Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If multiple accounts are identified from the same IP address, the same device, or the same payment method, all associated accounts will be closed.
• Any bonus or winnings earned through multiple accounts will be forfeited.

Providing Accurate Information at Registration

Account Closure by nbjaee

nbjaee may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If a serious breach of the Terms is proven.
• If unusual or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• If the user is found to have provided a false identity or information.
• Under a court order or at the direction of a law enforcement agency.

Account Closure by the User

Any user may request closure of their account at any time via live chat. Available balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed. Any undisputed balance in a closed account will be returned to the user's registered payment method, however any active bonus balance will be cancelled.

Ownership and Restrictions
